About the Event
Costiau / Cost - £15 / block
To join our spinning group all you need to have is an interest in spinning from beginner to expert there is always something to learn. A bit of equipment whether drop spindle or wheel and some fibre is also an advantage.
The emphasis for this group will be on developing knowledge and skills in a semi-formal way. You will learn with and from the others in the group along with a basic structure for each evening. Bookings are made in blocks of three sessions, £15 per block.
Each session will start with a focused activity or discussion for the group and then allow time for spinning techniques.
Monthly sessions will be held on a Wednesday from 6.00 – 8.30 pm. Dates as below.
Once you register for one of these sessions you will automatically be added to the remaining sessions in the block.
