Booking Terms and Conditions
Our preference is for all event tickets to be purchased and booked online. Should you have difficulty with our online purchases via our website please contact us via email at email@example.com
So that we can discuss alternative arrangements.
Full payment is required up front on every booking/ticket/sale, we are not able to take provisional bookings or deposit payments.
All workshop events include a budget for materials in the price, unless indicated
otherwise in the description.
Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
‘Tecstiliau CBC’ events are suitable for individuals over the age of 18, unless otherwise stated. Children and young adults over the age of 12 may attend but must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian in the same workshop. Some workshops offered to age 16 and over will require the signature of a parent or guardian for permission to attend, these will be identified in the event description.
‘Tecstiliau CBC’ retains the right to cancel any event at short notice or otherwise.
In the case that 'Tecstiliau CBC' cancels an event the customer will receive a full refund and/or be offered an alternative date.
Joining our mailing list by subscribing to our website will help keep you up to date on changes at 'Tecstiliau CBC' and help inform
you about new events.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please contact us as soon as possible.
We often rely on small numbers o tickets to have an event run and we appreciate the time to access reserve lists or cancel the event entirely.
If you do cancel we will endeavour to sell your place for the event. If the place is purchased by another participant a refund of 90% will be given to the customer. No refund to customers is available otherwise. 'Tecstiliau CBC' does not issue refunds for cancellations made within
10 days of an event.
We regret that event tickets are non-transferable, payment cannot be applied to another event.
In the event that we, 'Tecstiliau CBC', cancel a course you will receive a full refund and/or be offered an alternative date.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order,
you may of course return it to us.
Please notify us as soon as possible, and within 28 days of purchase. You can contact us via email on
Any goods returned for exchange or refund must arrive in their original state and be fit for resell. Custom orders cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We aim to process all orders
within 7 working days.
If this is not possible for whatever reason, we will contact you to let you know why.
At the moment, we are only shipping to addresses in the UK.
All UK orders are sent via
Royal Mail - Second Class and usually take
no more than a few days to arrive, though please be patient at the moment as this isn’t always the case due to the pandemic.
There is currently no international shipping on our orders.
