Costiau / Cost - £15 / block 

To join our spinning group all you need to have is an interest in spinning from beginner to expert there is always something to learn. A bit of equipment whether drop spindle or wheel and some fibre is also an advantage.

The emphasis for this group will be on developing knowledge and skills in a semi-formal way. You will learn with and from the others in the group along with a basic structure for each evening. Bookings are made in blocks of three sessions, £15 per block, this cost is for any participation in the autumn block. Once registered, you will be added to the remaining sessions in the block automatically without further cost.

Each session will start with a focused activity or discussion for the group and then allow time for spinning techniques.

Monthly sessions will be held on a Wednesday from 6.00 – 8.30 pm. Dates as below.

Once you register for one of these sessions you will automatically be added to the remaining sessions in the block.
