‘Basged Hirgrwn / Oval Foraging Basket’

For this willow weaving workshop with Helen from @craftyashel you will be using weaving techniques to make beautiful oval foraging basket to collect your autumn cuttings, vegetables, store your kindling or display your favourite objects. A functional and beautiful object made with local willow crafter from Anglesey, Helen. Using environmentally sustainable materials to create utilitarian objects and developing local skills is integral to our circular economy. At the end of the day, you will have a basket to use or to give as a gift.  Materials provided: willow, frames and tools.  Please bring: an apron and gloves.

**Please note: Participants will need to have reasonable strength and dexterity in their hands to willow weave.**
