Most people are familiar with the traditional hexagon over papers method of making patchwork. In this workshop, you will learn the techniques of this method, and also try out some more interesting shapes to make up your patchwork samples. The samples made can easily be made into bags or cushion covers. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and those with a little more experience of creating English Paper Piecing (EPP). 

Materials provided: All paper templates supplied.

Bring your own: Basic sewing equipment such as needles, pins, sewing thread paper scissors and sewing scissors. Also a thimble (if you use one) and a selection of cotton fabrics.
