This is a small portable heddle for weaving in a 'backstrap' method so that you can take a small bit of weaving with you to make woven bands, or maybe shoelaces!
 
Our heddle is a personalised design made by us on site with our 3d printer.  It is made from PLA, compostable, material.  It is slightly thicker than the average printed heddle so that it has less bend. the holes top and bottom can be used to hang for storage or to help add pulls for the up and down movement when weaving.
 
You can choose from blue, red or white - pick a colour you like.
 
This heddle measures:
height - 13 cm
width - 8 cm
depth - 4.5 mm
 
Slots x 18 (1mm x 80mm)
Holes x 17 (1mm x 8mm)
 
What is this heddle for?
You may recognise this as a 'backstrap' weaving heddle and some call it a small 'rigid heddle'.
