  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you may of course return it to us. Please notify us as soon as possible, and within 28 days of purchase. You can contact us via email on tecstiliau@gmail.com
    Any goods returned for exchange or refund must arrive in their original state and be fit for resell. Custom orders cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • We aim to process all orders within 7 working days. If this is not possible for whatever reason, we will contact you to let you know why.

    At the moment, we are only shipping to addresses in the UK.
    All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class and usually take no more than a few days to arrive, though please be patient at the moment as this isn’t always the case due to the pandemic. 
     
    There is currently no international shipping on our orders.
